Varsha is our brand Yogi. Always bringing a sense of calm and serenity with her to Maven. Underneath that calm exterior she is a kind, supercharged business woman, working simultaneously and seamlessly on various projects.
Our tech guru, digital innovator and brand strategist, working with Varsha is simply amazing. She’s a great motivator, brimming with digital know how and insider info. Varsha can also help to ground you too, she’s experienced those tough times and has an intuitive sense to encourage you to reconnect with you.

Laura Coleman
Laura is the Founder of Be.Modern Meditation. Through Be. Laura strives to make meditation attainable, accessible and rewarding and has created the wonderful Be.Community where members can support each other.

I like to call Tasha our Clarity Maven. One half of The Client Strategist, Tasha has this wonderful, intuitive ability to coach creative clients with exceptional business advice which helps you bring out the best in your business and yourself too.

With two businesses in her entrepreneurial hands, Charlotte is an organizational whizz. Through Lyla Rose events she creates elegant, luxury weddings across the UK and abroad and has over 10 years experience working for and with clients in the wedding sector. This year, Charlotte has also launched The Client Strategist along with Tasha Newland. Her in depth understanding of sales, marketing and business development delivers results in your business. Despite all her hard work she loves to chill too; “My happy place is definitely by the sea, there is something about the sea breeze to make everything right.”

Natasha Baggs
Ten years ago, Natasha took the brave decision to leave the day job and turn her photography passion into a business. You can see how her charming, approachable and relaxed nature makes her clients feel totally at home under the glare of the lens. She’s also currently working on a adding another speciality to her photography repertoire, which sounds very exciting.
“When I am not shooting I love to read, explore new places with the love of my life (that’s Will FYI), and enjoy the occasional Pimms or Cider with friends. It’s also possible I have a mild coffee and stationery addiction.”
