We’re thrilled to have Victoire on board as a new Coworking Club Member here at Maven.  Our Coworking Community is the essence of Maven and so we just love to introduce you to our members! Victoire has recently moved to Winchester from London and came across Maven when looking for a place where she could get down to work, escape the frustration that working from home brings and meet new people!

Victoire an Executive and Life Coach, specialising in leadership development and personal confidence. She has worked in an array of industries ranging from construction through to hospitality and worked for FTSE 250 companies.

Alongside heading up Coaching, Leadership and Talent Management for Hilton UK & Ireland, she’s launched her very own side hustle in Tomorrow’s Daughter

Since being a mum of two, she has realised the many roles women take on, the importance of balancing work and life demands as well as the need to pave the way for future generations.

If you could choose to do anything for the day, what would it be?

I am hugely passionate about cooking so my ideal day would be to find a tricky recipe, ensure I have all my ingredients ready to go and give a new patisserie a go. I love to stretch my culinary skills and find it super therapeutic and rewarding.

Who is your entrepreneur crush?

Sheryl Sandberg without a doubt. (COO of Facebook and LeanIn author.) I love her for how much she is willing to challenge norms and fight for what she believes in. She is part of the reason I set up my coaching business Tomorrow’a Daughter – her book resonated with me more than any other book out there and her continued concerted efforts to fight for gender balance is inspiring!

Last book you read / or tv program you loved (your choice)

Wish it could be a book but with two toddlers at home, reading is quite tricky for me! Recently watched Time (BBC drama) but my all time favourite is Killing Eve! If you haven’t watched it – do – it’s absolutely amazing!!!

What is your proudest achievement?

Hosting a Supperclub in a central London restaurant for 30 people back in 2016. I remember the hours of prep that went into it and the all nighter cooking my socks off the night before. The experience and end result was so exhilarating, challenging and exciting all at once.

Why did you choose to join Maven’s Coworking Community?

I love coming to Maven.  I see it as a little Oasis and the perfect getaway from being a mum.  It also gives me a sense of purpose and pride when I walk out having achieved personal milestones towards setting up a successful business.

If you’d like to connect with Vic you’ll normally find her coworking here at Maven every Monday.  To find out more about our friendly community of coworking women in Winchester, please drop me an email on natalie@mavencoworking.co.uk
