Let’s get together a Maven Members Only catch up!

Normally on the 1st Friday of every month but adapted this month because of Easter.  Also we’re holding this as more of a netwalk / dogwalk together to welcome Spring!  Meet at Maven at 10am and then we’ll go out for a walk, grab a take out cuppa and picnic by the cathedral.

The perfect motivating morning to get you back in the groove post summer.

Join us for our much loved Seasonal Cooking evening, where we enjoy cooking together as a group, learning about mindful eating, mindful cooking and enjoying every process of preparing and cooking the food we eat.  Prepare to be inspired to eat more healthily and to come away with easy to make recipes for you and the family.   Once we cooked together we then dine together, a truly enjoyable and nourishing evening.
